We began producing our own Sekt (sparkling wine) in 1984. The
basic idea was to make high-quality, individual wines from native
grape varieties as the base wines for sparkling wines that would
be of a quality comparable with Champagne.
Over the years, our sparkling
wine production - initially a hobby - has developed into the
second most important product in the portfolio of our wine and
sparkling wine house.
All of our top-quality sparkling
wines, i.e. traditional method and/or bottle fermented, are produced
according to the old, traditional "méthode champenoise"
